Client Profile

Our client is one of the top providers of marketing management training in the USA. The client’s objective was to improve and digitize their courses that were currently being deployed in a book format and through classroom training sessions.

Business Challenge

  • The objective was to help learners internalize marketing by understanding the language of marketing and its principles

  • The learners were already aware of the content and were used to attending the classroom sessions but the training content was too technical and text-heavy making it a challenge to digitize and visualize effectively

  • The training content had to be digitized effectively for all courses deployed in a book format and through classroom training

Solution Designed

  • The whiteboard animation based video training approach was used to digitize all the client’s course content and make it engaging

  • Whiteboard animation videos were used where the video of the trainer was shown on one side of the screen delivering the content, while whiteboard animations played in the remaining part of the screen

  • Whiteboard animation displaying icons and images of the key words and writing out important text on screen in sync with the VO, simplified the content while ensuring maximum comprehension

Business Impact

  • The course was launched, accessed, appreciated by the marketing professionals across the USA

  • The course was spread across 8 learning hours consisting of 10 standalone modules
  •
  • The whiteboard animation based video training was successful in efficiently delivering digitized training to the client’s learners
